Gabions Material: Stainless Steel, Galvanized, PE, PVC, Galfan
1、Galvanized large-size wire hexagonal mesh is braided by high-quality low-carbon steel wires, wherein the tensile strength of steel wire is no smaller than 38kg/m2, the diameter of steel wire can reach 2.0-4.0mm, the surface of steel wire is generally protected by hot galvanizing, the thickness of the galvanized protective layer can be produced according to customer demands, and the max quantity of the galvanizing can reach 300g/m2。
2、Galvanized plastic-coated hexagonal mesh (PVC hexagonal mesh, plastic-submerged hexagonal mesh) is a hexagonal mesh braided in various specifications after coating a PVC protective layer on the surfaces of galvanized wires. The PVC protective layer can greatly prolong the service life of the mesh, and has many colors for naturally combining the mesh with the surrounding environment。
3、Zn-5%Al-mixed rare earth alloy plating is Galfan for short, and has the advantages: 1. higher corrosion resistance, two or three times better than common galvanized wire. The corrosion resistance of the alloy plating steel wire is superior to common galvanized wire and electrogalvanized wire no matter in outside, wet or marine climates. 2. Stronger extensibility and deformability, even exceeding the steel substrate protected by itself. The alloy plating steel wire can be twisted and bent under the forced deformation technology, without worrying the cracking and dropping of the plating. 3. Superior welding performance to galvanized steel wire.
4. Zinc-Aluminum structure of alloy plating steel wire enjoys an excellent phase surface, and the essence of the alloy plating is a great pretreated substrate and adhesive compared with other coatings, this advantageous property can improve the cracking, corrosion and foaming occurring after coating。
